Now you have the chance to gain skills and become an active spectator by attending Movimento, a series of five appointments with five different artists introducing you to the art of dance and choreography.

An event dedicated to Esprit Barthet.

 MUŻA is keen on presenting the artist's achievements which left their mark on the story of art in Malta. The artist's family shall be present too, joining in to present a different and more human facet of the artist, his public and private life.

 A short talk will be delivered by E.V. Borg and it shall be moderated by Katya Micallef, Principal Curator for Modern and Contemporary Art.

Historical re-enactment at Fort St Elmo, taking place on the 13, 20 and 27 October. 

On these days, the Fort will open at 1000 hours, with In Guardia! starting at 1100 hours.

The National War Museum will open at noon.

In Guardia only: € 7 for adults, seniors and students, €3 children

In Guardia and National War Museum ticket: €15 adults, €12 seniors and students, € 7 children

Aspects of the Castrum Maris in 1400

Fort St Angelo, Birgu 

Fort St Angelo as we know it today is much different from how it looked in medieval times when it was known as the Castrum Maris (Castle by the Sea). Historical documents shed light on some aspects of this period, including details of weapons and supplies that were used in the castle. Heritage Malta will be hosting a medieval re-enactment by the Historical Re-enactment Group Malta (HRGM) with the theme ‘Aspects of the Castrum Malta in 1400’.

Heritage Malta will be celebrating EkoDalam, an event for all the family during which visitors will be able to see Għar Dalam cave and museum and at the same time find the latest information about environmental issues and take part in educational and awareness activities organised by the participating organisations which come from both governmental and non-governmental fields.
