Tarxien 

The Megalithic Temples of Tarxien will be open free of charge. Join us at 0930 hours for a guided tour of the complex in English, and at 1400 hours for a guided tour in Maltese. The estimated duration of each tour is of one hour, and will be held on a first come first served basis. 

 A launch of the site’s new guide book will also take place and visitors will have the opportunity to have their book signed by the author. 

 Pottery washing will be undertaken between 1000 and 1300 hours, during which visitors can find out more about what can be learnt about the past from the pottery remains archaeologists excavate.

 Admission to this event is free of charge

Time: 0900 to 1700 hours (last admission at 1630 hours).
